Refund Policy

All purchases made from Organic Acceleration (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases) are governed by the following policies:

1. Offers and Coupons: Offers and coupons cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated. Sale prices are applicable only during the advertised promotion period and are subject to change without notice.

2. Digital Download Products and Training Platform Access: - Immediate access to our training platform is provided after purchase. - For access issues, please contact our customer support at info@organicacceleration.com, available 7 days a week. - Purchasing any training program does not grant the buyer rights to share, reproduce, or resell the product in any way.

3. Refund Policy for Digital Products: - All sales of digital and downloadable products are final. - Refunds are not available once digital access has been granted. - Agreements for downloadable/digital products are not subject to cancellation or a “cooling-off period”. - Cancellation requests submitted before full payment completion will only terminate future services, but all payments must still be completed as agreed.

4. Payment Plans: - If a product or service is purchased with a monthly payment plan, the customer is responsible for all agreed-upon payments. - Incomplete payments will result in the voiding of the purchase, and access to any digital product or platform will be removed.

5. Account Status: - Accounts in arrears or not in satisfactory standing may lose access to certain incentives and members-only areas. - In the event of a chargeback, all services will be immediately suspended and a lifetime ban will be enforced.

6. Agreement Acknowledgment: - By purchasing from Organic Acceleration, you agree to these terms, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. - Do not proceed with any purchase or transaction if you disagree with these policies.
